Introducing PEARLS, a Program Encouraging Active Rewarding Lives for Seniors.

Addressing depression and anxiety in older adults. Introducing tools and techniques that help to make lasting changes in your life.

Our approach

The PEARLS Program of Colorado is a supportive, evidence-based initiative designed to reduce symptoms of depression, anxiety, sadness, and loneliness among older adults. Our mission is to improve overall quality of life by helping individuals build confidence, strengthen emotional well-being, and stay engaged. PEARLS empowers participants to live more active, meaningful, and connected lives.

PEARLS and Dementia

PEARLS uses practical behavioral techniques to help participants and their caregivers tackle challenges one step at a time. Through guided education and support, we empower individuals to take meaningful action, create lasting change, and lead more active, fulfilling lives—while also caring for a loved one.
